Alexandre & Sebastien
Alexandre Boudreau, M.Sc.A.
Alexandre holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s degree in engineering. After a decade-long career in higher education and entrepreneurship, he became actively involved in applied research, where he held leadership roles in team management and business development. Over the past five (5) years, he has contributed to more than fifty innovation projects for the maritime sector. With a strategic vision aligned with the sector’s decarbonization objectives, he positions and leads high-impact projects for his clients, ensuring concrete, high-value outcomes.
Sebastien Duquette, md, P.Eng.
Sebastien holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, including training at the Institute of Electrical Power Engineering at Polytechnique Montréal. He has worked in applied research in the maritime field for the past three (3) years. His areas of interest include embedded systems programming, the use of renewable energy on board vessels, and hybrid systems.
Before becoming an engineer, Sebastien practiced medicine for approximately 20 years. He holds a specialization diploma in anesthesiology, with additional training in hyperbaric medicine, and took part in the medical supervision of submarine evacuation exercises at the Institut maritime du Québec in Rimouski. He also served as an instructor in medical care at sea.
